HOUSE RULES « LE RELAIS DE LA POSTE» 

We ask you to treat our house with the same respect as you would your own.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. In the event of non-compliance, the entire security deposit will be retained. If you are smoking outside, DO NOT THROW YOUR SMOKING PIPES OUT ON THE SIDEWALK, THROW THEM INTO THE GUTTER.
• Eating is not permitted in the rooms.
• Open flames or candles are not permitted on the property.
• Do not go upstairs in your shoes.
• No pets allowed.
• No events or parties are permitted.
• A courtesy silence period must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
• Only guests listed on the initial reservation are authorised to stay overnight.
• Interior furniture must not be moved.
• No commercial activity or prostitution will be tolerated under penalty of police sanction.
• Keys MUST be returned to the key box when you leave, with the case closed and the numbers turned.
• A charge of 100 euros will be made for lost keys and deducted from the security deposit.

TOILETS:

Please leave this area as clean as you found it upon arrival. It is strictly forbidden to flush anything other than toilet paper (wipes, sanitary towels, cloths, miscellaneous items, etc.) down the toilet. Any unblocking will be charged at the professional’s rate. A trash can is available in the bathrooms.

COFFEE MACHINE:

Please empty it before you leave. If we have to empty it for you (water tank, percolator, coffee grounds), you will be charged €10.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

You will be charged for any damage (stains, dents, breakages, etc.) or missing items.
In general, failure to comply with the rules or lack of cleanliness resulting in additional work for the cleaning team will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

ANY BREACH OF THE INTERNAL RULES WILL RESULT IN A DEDUCTION FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

WE REGRET HAVING TO REMIND YOU OF THESE POINTS AND TAKE THESE MEASURES, BUT WE HAVE EXPERIENCED TOO MUCH ABUSE AND INCIVILITY.
