HOUSE RULES « LES BLÉS D’OR » 


We ask you to treat our house with the same respect as you would your own.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. In the event of non-compliance, the entire security deposit will be retained.
  • If you smoke outside, DO NOT TOSS YOUR CIGARETTES ON THE PROPERTY.
  • For safety reasons, open flames (candles, torches, incense, etc.) are strictly prohibited throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors.
  • No pets in the house without prior written permission.
  • No events or parties are allowed.
  • A courtesy silence period must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • Only guests listed on the original reservation are allowed to stay overnight at.
  • Do not move interior or exterior furniture.
  • You will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
  • No commercial activity or prostitution will be tolerated under penalty of police sanction.
  • The keys MUST be returned to the key box when you leave, with the case closed and the numbers turned ! If this is not the case, 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.

 

COFFEE MACHINE :


Please clean it before you leave. Cleaning (water tank and percolator) on your behalf will be charged at 10 euros.


BARBECUE :


We provide you with a brand new barbecue. When you leave, it must be in the same condition as when you found it.


The barbecue (charcoal not supplied) may only be used outside, in an open area away from the walls of the dwellings. It must not be used on the terrace, which is too close to the walls, too small and already occupied by garden furniture.


You are responsible for cleaning the BARBECUE GRATES (Scotch Brite and washing-up liquid are available under the sink). A charge of 50 euros will be made for cleaning these for you.


Please provide the necessary items (bags with fasteners) to collect the COOLED ASHES, WHICH MUST BE DISPOSED OF IN THE OUTSIDE BIN IN A CLOSED BAG and not on the terrace or in the grounds. A charge of 20 euros will be made for emptying the charcoal bin on your behalf.


PETS :


In LA SENSÉE and LES BLÉS D’OR, YOUR ANIMAL will be welcome if it is clean and well behaved, up to ONE ONLY in the accommodation, AFTER PRIOR WRITTEN REQUEST AND AFTER OUR AGREEMENT, at the rate of 25 euros for its entire stay, whatever its duration.


If an animal has stayed in accommodation without prior written request and authorisation, its presence will be charged at 100 euros.
You are responsible for your pet, DO NOT LET IT DIVIDE at the front or back of two neighbouring properties.


A charge of 50 euros will be levied for the collection of pet waste in your place in the car park, grounds or terrace, regardless of the breed of your pet and the quantity to be collected. Please bring all the necessary items (sealed plastic bags) and THROW THEM INTO THE OUTDOOR BIN IN A CLOSED BAG.

Checks are carried out after each departure and no objections will be accepted.


ADDITIONAL CHARGES :


Any damage (stains, knocks, breakages, etc.) or disappearance will be billed to you.
As a general rule, any breach of the rules or lack of cleanliness resulting in extra work for the cleaning team will be billed and deducted from the security deposit. Read the 09.your departure.


ANY BREACH OF THE INTERNAL RULES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.


WE ARE SORRY TO HAVE TO REMIND YOU OF THESE POINTS AND TAKE THESE MEASURES, BUT WE HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH TOO MANY ABUSES AND INCIVENIENCES IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS.
